Covid-19 Policies and Procedures

When one or more of the following COVID-19 symptoms are present we will send students home.

  • Fever/Chills

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

  • Headache

  • Fatigue

  • Sore Throat

  • Cough

To return to school:

  • If COVID is suspected, a COVID test need to be taken and results emailed to your respective campus admin person or you will need to isolate for 5 days. If the test is positive that is considered day one of infection and that is when the 5 days to stay home begin.

  • You can return to school once symptoms have greatly improved and no medicine is needed for 24 hours.

  • If you do return after 5 days of isolation and symptom improvement/no fever with no medicine, we do highly recommend you wear a mask for days 5-10.

  • If the COVID test is negative, you may return after 24 hours of symptom improvement/no fever with no need for medicine.

  • You can also receive an alternate diagnosis from a healthcare provider but symptoms will still need to have improved for 24 hours without medicine. Please send the doctor's note to your respective campus admin person before returning.
