Accessibility Statement
Most popular web browsers support access keys which allow you to jump to specific links by pressing a combination of keys defined by the web site. In computers running Microsoft Windows ®, pressing the ALT key in combination the selected access key and then the ENTER key will jump to the link. In Apple ® computers, pressing the CTRL and the selected access key will follow the link.
Throughout this site, the selected access key, if one is so designated for a particular link, will be underlined in the link text. All links have title attributes which provide pop-up descriptions of the link when the mouse is hovered over the link. No link will open in a new browser window unless clearly stating so in the link text.
